Select Work
A short record of mandates undertaken with discretion. Clients are named only with their permission. What matters is the work itself: positioning, access to the right rooms, and movement across markets.
Engagements are selective. The examples below are representative, not exhaustive.
Monaco to the United States
A Monaco-based jewellery maison preparing its entry into the American market. I worked closely with the client to define how the house should present itself to American buyers, and to plan wholesale appointments and sales ahead of arrival. The house launched in the United States through wholesale.
The United States to Paris
A private US beauty client preparing to launch in Paris. The work centred on the French audience: how it differs from the American one, and how the brand’s language and approach needed to adapt before opening. The outcome was positioning tailored to the Paris market and its stores.
The first step
Begin
Every engagement begins with a confidential conversation. It is a working session, not an introductory call.
The fee is £2,000, payable in advance. In ninety minutes, we get to the real questions: the market, the obstacle, and whether there is a mandate worth taking.
What is included
- A ninety-minute conversation, in person or by video
- Preparation in advance, based on a short brief from you
- A written note afterwards, covering positioning, market differences where relevant, and recommended next steps
The consultation is charged in every case. Should a mandate follow, the £2,000 is credited against the project fee.
Retainers, project work, and introductions are scoped once the work is clear. These fees are not published.
And if the fit isn't right, I'll tell you.
